| Stone and board fences, blueberry bushes, flowering crabapple, pine and birch trees, farm fields and two ponds stocked with small mouth bass, rainbow trout, carp, and Japanese Koi fish surround our 1996 Cape Cod style home for your viewing pleasure. Sorry, no fishing or swimming. The fish are our pets. Once the site of the St. Lawrence University riding stables, our 22 acre estate offers the privacy of a classic country estate. There is ample paved off street parking.|
At night the sky is aglow with stars. Guests delight in the spectacular sunsets and the lighted fountain at the pond.
We are 3rd generation North Country natives. Rita is retired from a 45 year banking career and Al from dairy farming. 2012 brought our retirement from the Ostrander's Sheepskin shop which we operated for 37 years.
We celebrated 20 years of owning and operating Ostrander's Bed and Breakfast in August 2016.
